I have my ticket!!! But I could have had a better seat... I believe I was too fast for their clock I had a ticket for seat 15, row E but I could not pay with my mastercard yet
I tried again and now I'm in row P,
BUT I'll be there for sure!!!
Saturday October 3 at 8 pm
Left Orchestra Row P, Seat 25
Total cost 139.50 USD
New York, here I come! Don't know where I'll stay yet; my sister is coming with me but she doesn't want to see the play
I might go by bus or take my car ( 5 or 6 hours drive )
I am sooo excited! Can't believe I will actually SEE Daniel live, in person in a play with Hugh Jackman!!! yeepee!!
My son said to me: "cool, you'll see James Bond and Wolverine at the same time"

you wanna do WHAT to me?
Congratulations to both of you....
Dunda, how I wish it were earlier, so we could've met up....but it's not the right timing once again. So glad you have decided to cross the pond for a second time to check this out.
Daniel Craig, it's about bloody time wouldn't you say?
What an experience we will all have....finally a venue for your most ardent fans....sort of the "DtD Convention" that we thought about once.
Sophie - there are quite a few of us going to the Oct. 3 matinee and some for the evening. Let me know what hotel you're staying at and we can try to hook up sometime....if you wish.

ok, I have my ticket but my sister is not sure to come with me anymore... I won`t be able to afford the hotel cost by myself... Any of you coming on October 3rd that might need a roommate? I have not booked anything yet so if you have a place for me, please tell me
I`m a non smoker but if you do smoke, I won`t mind.
I`ll arrive in New York on Friday, by bus and I plan to leave on Monday.
Thanks!

Should we bring a rubber duck to recognize ourselves?

The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..
I have found the perfect little hotel, at a very low price!
Since I'm going alone and hotel fares are very expensives, I've google for hotel/room for rent and I've found this one, called "Big Apple Hostel:
http://www.booking.com/hotel/us/big-app ... 5QodiHZOow
One single bed, dorm room for 3 nights for the total price of $110.13 USD
address: 119 West 45th Street, Manhattan ( on Shoenfeld theater street!!)
I don't mind if there is no big queen size bed or a TV!
I'll be in New-York!
Lots of good reviews from other travellers
And there is an Irish Pub right beside the hotel... Starbucks across the street
I'm soooo excited! I feel like a teenager again

Checked into Manhattan last night in prep for the premiere on the 10th. This is one of the magazines in the room..Hmpf! And on the cover! Where's our Dan?? Shows it's not going to be a 50/50 amount of publicity. Having read the issue, it does mention that he is starring with fellow 'A-lister, Daniel Craig', but that's the only reference. I only hope Dan will have his own cover in a subsequent issue.
I think all the pornstache comments made Daniel shave the handlebars off - too much press focusing on porn stuff rather than his character in the play. Just my opinion.

Hugh LIVES in NYC - no wonder, they give him preference and he is one of Americas darlings, yes?sf2la wrote:Checked into Manhattan last night in prep for the premiere on the 10th. Guess Daniel will get his part of attention through his performance and as much as I would wish especially for you, that he will shave it off - I seriously doubt it - he never bent to pressure so far. I think, he will rather try to make them accept the stache or forget about it, because it will be all about Joey and not about the stache anymore once he is on that stage.
Sooo looking forward to your review
