Whoopi on the view said they were keeping the presenters a secret this year . Sh will on it but didn't as what yet .viewing has been down in the past so they are trying to pump up the volume I guess . Hugh will sing and dance though . I think Dan will be there even if he doesn't present . I hope he is at the ISAs too .
