I'm starting this thread to help post an archive of the books, magazines and posters that either contain something about Daniel or have him on the cover. Also for complete scanned articles if they are available or links to the articles would be nice. I know it's sort of repeating individual threads, but my eyes are sore trying to find each mag cover that I've seen before but have been lost in the many threads we have. The reason is because I don't see one, because I just visited my local Chapters bookstore and saw a table of various coffee table books for sale and because it would be nice to have all the covers in one place. One very hefty one caught my eye and it was titled, "James Bond" Encyclopedia. I'm hoping that someone dear to me will buy it for me for Christmas.
It costs $50.00 Cdn (excluding any discount) and is very large and very heavy. It contains a synopsis of each Bond movie ever made, including our loverboy Daniel....who appears prominently on the front cover (even when he's hidden within the block letters of James Bond - he is unmistakable!) as well as the first and last pages, with interesting bits about the type of man Bond is supposed to be, the weapons, the Bond women, the cars, casting and credits of each movie, etc.....A definite collector's item for those who want something Bond. It is chock full of photos, many of DC, including complimentary comments about his work as the new 007 (unfortunately some too small IMHO) but still worth the price tag. P.S. - BOUGHT THE BOOK FOR MYSELF FOR XMAS.
