If I had to choose just one of Daniel's characters (played by Daniel of course ) to be stranded on a desert island with, it would be Guy. Just love him, sweetie that he is.
There is something intrinsically decent and honest about Guy combined with a world-weary acknowledgement that the world around him will always, somehow, let him down.

There is something about Guy which is very prim and proper... and yet...
It is the scene when Daniel wears that skintight black uniform which kills me...
You mean this one??
I have seen a LOT of squaddies and can confirm that (unless he a poor specimen of the species) they all look good enough to eat in their "#1 Dress" uniforms.
Even more so the officers because theirs are made to measure and they fit where they touch....and they touch everywhere!!
But how come Daniel looks better than EVERY OTHER MAN in this shot even though they have the same outfit on?? Oh yeah, right... it's because he's DANIEL.

Well, his uniform fits properly for a start....which helps!
But as well as his lovely shape, he also has incredible posture. He would have made a superb soldier when it comes to the drill work.
