The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Jeans were invented for Daniel. As were white shirts.

yeah, i was thinking it must be the same one. it looks a bit more grandad-ish in the interview, but either way, it definitely brings out his eyes. and i like to see men doing their own thing when it comes to fashion, even if it does go wrong sometimes (exhibit one: the beanie hat!). although Dan is one guy who looks great whatever he is wearing, from classics (the white shirt & jeans combo), through his weird cardies and hats, to snappy suits and up-to-the-minute coats etc (i'm thinking of those premieres and photoshoots now). I am glad, though, that we don't see him wearing stupid t-shirts and ill-fitting jeans like most english men, who don't bother to think what would suit them, or look good, just buy what is on the front display, or what their mates wear! Dan is a guy with STYLE- in truckloads!

of course, best of all is when he wears not so much at all....

This was a very engaging interview....he answered the questions very directly and was very relaxed...maybe the blue cardigan helped him feel comfy...either that or the room was very cold. Always talks about the film and the concept....always redirecting the questions about himself...very diplomatic...no profanity here - just a lovely British gentleman actor talking about his craft.......Hmmmmmm

True, but for once he took some credit and pride in the fact, that he did so much of his own stunts, which he really should do, too.
