There was an invited dress rehearsal last night.
Here's one comment.

subiasminvited dress of Sam Gold's production of OTHELLO. Staggeringly brilliant, truly. David Oyelowo and Daniel Craig are genius. #othello #samgold #danielcraig #davidoyelowo #shakespeare #nytw #theatre

That sounds wonderful and I am getting anxious to really get something. On the other hand - all this effort for such a short time and such a small theater?
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

eliz_vogtLast night I was lucky enough to attend the final dress rehearsal of Othello starring David Oyelowo and Daniel Craig. I was front row, sitting on the actual stage, inches from the actors. It was one of the coolest experiences I've had in NYC, and I'm convinced that Oyelowo should be in every Shakespeare adaptation ever. Thanks for the invite, @nytw79!

Over three hours! Haha. Well, that'll be interesting and lots of Dan to watch! I have to get to msg for the hockey too.

Anyone know what the process for stage door is here? How long it usually takes? If Dan will even appear?
