OK, I realise this is old and many of you have seen it before... but I only just discovered it by browsing back a way through this thread.
What a pleasure the vid is to watch - he is typically fidgety, humorous, occasionally bordering on the very slightly prickly but then graciously giving in and surrendering some stories for our enjoyment. She did a good job because she stayed with the lines of questioning and got him to open up.
I do love his voice and his giggle, and the way he holds back slightly before deciding to share insights into his experiences. He was patient and delightfully forthcoming in this interview. And he looks so darned good in a suit.

Despite the fact that this interviewer was a far cry from being a professional (she seems to be very new on this job) he didn't get grumpy at all. He stayed friendly and a bit teasing.
This shows that he doesn't suffer fools, but shows patience with people who are insecure but trying their best.
I’d like to think he still is that way.

This! ^ I don't know what it is, but I've got the same thing.

And the second pic is gorgeous - makes me want to give him a big hug. He looks as if he needs one badly And those sweet freckles on his forehead - always melt my heart.
