There is something about him that looks terribly English in these photos. Not sure if it's the styling or the hair,...mmmh.

In April of 2005, British actor Daniel Craig was in San Francisco to promote his new movie, "Layer Cake." At the time, he was said to be the front-runner to play the next James Bond (which eventually proved to be true).
One thing about photographing celebrities... Normally, you're ultra-short on time. You usually have 5-10 minutes (if that much) to get them to wherever you need to shoot them, and you usually have 1-2 "handlers" hovering about.
This wasn't the case with Mr. Craig. I was given a luxuruos 20 minutes, and I didn't have any handlers hovering over me. I was able to photograph him in two locations--the courtyard and at the bar.
He was the classic "British Gentleman" and a pleasure to work with.
I believe this was taken in the courtyard of the Four Seasons Hotel.
