well it if was simply text it would be easy, just finding a translator, but this...mmm...well it could be done anyway, just finding a site with russian letters.... and we're done... i will try later, now i have to work

I was trying to translate the txt but the cyrillic alphabet doesn't help

If you give in russian - english translation - the translation remains russian
