Maybe at some point in the film, he gets obsessed and needs scary lenses - not too far stretched maybe, as there will be ghosts etc.Dunda wrote:

The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Thanks so much for the new pics! Yikes - from LA to Toronto - must have flown there directly. Looks like he's wearing the same sweater, shirt, and jeans. I hate the hat, too. My friend's 80-year-old father wears one just like it. I guess it could be worse for us - a hooded coat. He'd really be able to hide in that.
I wonder why he doesn't get Lasik?

I agree that they look good on you, but our boy with Harry Potter glasses...hmmm??? Lasik is awesome and so freeing - no more glasses to wear, have to find when you forget where you put them down, get wet in the rain, have to buy prescription lenses for, etc. It was one of the best things I've done. I had monovision - one eye was left alone so that I can read without reading glasses and the other is for distance. It all blends to work amazingly well! And with him, glasses only cover his baby bluesDunda wrote:What's wrong with glasses?sf2la wrote:I wonder why he doesn't get Lasik?
