I have noticed that in a lot of pics from the Heike years he looks a bit "impaired"

Oh golly, Sharmaine, I'm speachless!

That is one of the ugliest pics I've ever seen! I just don't wanna think about that 'finger' and those lips in such close proximity to each other. (Then again, it IS Mic Jagar after all!) I'm too much of a lady to say exactly what crossed my mind on that one!
