Don't feel "shame". Without committed people like you watching the news breaks most of us would never know what was happening. I know I for one don't have the time or the expertise to watch multiple sites at once for clues like this as to how Daniel is doing and if all is well with him - and I suspect that is true of a lot of us. I appreciate the effort that the "news-bringers" take in catching these snippets.

I guess this is true confessions time. I watch TMZ just for the pure amusement of it. It's a plus if they catch DC, but he's always so angry, it's far from a joy to watch. For me it's the interaction of the staffers, talking about the stars and the clips and just giving the celebs a hard time.
Crazy!

I agree with you Elaine - it's a guilty pleasure. I haven't seen DC on the show though, only the posted clips. Harry Levin is a scumbag, but it still makes for entertaining TV. Also funny how the star wannabes HOPE that they are filmed, but then there's the Daniel kind, who hate it. I just wish the papz wouldn't talk to him, "I love your work, Daniel..." It's all very uncomfortable and they should already know he's not going to talk to them.

I, like the others, appreciate any news from anywhere. With our collective resources, we could have the most up-to-date information, which is fun!

I've seen that show a few times and I can't believe how many of the quote un quote 'stars' try to get on that show for attention; it's pretty ridiculous. But then there are people like Daniel who either polite with them or huff and puff till there cameras blow down. I have a feeling if it were me I'd be doing the later

Surprise. Surprise. Actors Hugh "X-Men" Jackman and Daniel "007" Craig were spotted sleuthing at the Cook County Criminal Courthouse Thursday.
• • Shaken & stirred: Heads were turning and necks were craning, when the hunkmen were spotted researching roles for the upcoming Broadway play "A Steady Rain," in which they A
play Chicago cops.
• • The scene: The pair startled court personnel, when they arrived unannounced and headed through metal detectors at the front entrance of the building -- rather than being escorted incognito by special security. (Jackman was stopped by security for bringing a camera, which he was required to lock up in a security locker.)
• • The script: The actors are playing police officers whose friendship is tested by a domestic dispute in a poor neighborhood.
• • The scenario: "They were really down-to-earth guys, who quietly met with prosecutors from the Cook County state's attorney's office and toured the Police Department's organized-crime division on the West Side," said a Sneed source.
• • The buckshot: Sneed hears several of the female court personnel were more than a little upset the two didn't ask for special treatment ... and exited as quietly as they arrived.

The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

I am so pleased that Daniel is doing this with another actor who is as down to earth and normal as he is. Could you imagine the hoopla if he had been doing this with some of the "actors" in Hollywood who preen every time the refrigerator door opens?

I bet those two are having just the best time - two blokes being just blokes, doing their job and going about their business. Brilliant ambassadors for their trade. Nice. :D

I hope Daniel wears the sleeveless tear-away uniform  . I wonder if Babs has thought of this...Maybe it's too bad after all that ticket sales are good. If not, she might have had to advertise that Daniel would be wearing one..

Yippee! Actually, I am glad (I'm probably the only one thinking that here?) A police uniform has never done anything for me. And they are so 'buttoned up'. I'd rather see our Dan in jeans and a t-shirt
