You could make a physiological study of his ears from this shot.

yep light blue, but his eyes look different in different lights.
but yes it could have been enhanced, but why mess with perfection who knows?

When someone commented to Daniel (years ago) on how blue his eyes are, he did say that they change colour depending on how much light is shone into them and what kind of light he is in. They go from very blue to blue to pale blue to grey.

In this shot, I took the original photo and enhanced the contrast to up the blue end of the spectrum. The original however, does fall in the "very blue" end of his scale of colour. I made the colour stronger but did not actually change the colour itself. So that is his colour, but just given heavier contrast.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks! Sure does make sense; it's a beautiful touch. I just wasn't sure if it was done by a magazine
