Here is my link to what I think you're talking about. It isn't the hour program like the one for GWDT but rather some kind of news program. Took German in high school not french so who knows. Haven't had a chance to watch all the way but scrolled and thought I saw DC at end. Will tape later.

It is the one - it works ok without registering - I just pressed the green "download" button in the central part and it worked just fine.

you don't have to register, just click at download in the green box, not at share.
