So - if this is part of the film, where has he been? I mean, look at his clothes...hospital dress? That shirt doesn't look like one, Bond would wear or Daniel would wear...

I've just zoomed in and I'm still not convinced. Must be a Bond scene 'cos Rory Kinear is sitting in the front passenger seat.

If it was a bandage, it would show no hair and the blood wouldn't go beyond his ear

Could it be a hospital dress? That would make sense to the stubbl, too...I mean, you might not be ablt ot shave whilst in hospital...
