More probably wishful thinking!

hmmm ... I couldn't tell you, but it looks like I have read this somewhere :?
  My guess is that he is not into pets. He needs too much attention himself, cannot give any to a pet. If he must have a pet, my guess is that he will go with a cat instead of a dog.
Yes I'm sure he would prefer a pussy cat than a canine.

He has a cute scene with a dog in The Ice House, but that's the only time I've ever seen him touch a pet. I'd love to though. The way someone interacts with animals tells a lot about the person IMO.

Since he is a good hearted human being, I am sure, he likes animals. But I see him rather with a big dog than a small cat. Sorry Zonzi :(
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Yep - good point  even though its Pullmann, who is responsible for the leopard.
