I doubt we will see anything sexual in Book 2. Really doubt they will go the Harriett route as per the book (a bit too much for me). So that leaves only Berger. Robin Wright didn't do it for me
So we will have the policelady in Book 3 and thats it... Hope they get someone with good chemistry with Daniel and they need to develop the relationship a bit instead of presenting us with a fait accompli like it seemed in the book.

I have a hope. They choose Joely Richardson for a reason. But it won't have the same emotional luggage as it was with Lisbeth. MB/LS "distant" relationship is very touching, it emphasized the powerful connection between them, but it may prove not to be cinematographic enough.

I think even in the book their relationship was just mentioned once (I think)... no depth to their story at all and not needed for the overall story whatsoever imo. Like Zaillian mentioned in his interview even the one with Cecilia was cut out based on that logic. Going by that I don't see anything happening between MB/Harriet in the movie. Of course I could be all wrong.
I forget how it gets played out between Berger/MB in book 2. Anybody remember?
