Germangirl wrote:Double oh no: Adam Sandler takes on James Bond star Daniel Craig

His wild long hair, bushy beard and paunch were less impressive however, particularly when compared to slick James Bond star Daniel Craig.
Sandler is starring as a secret service agent who leaves Israel's intelligence agency to become a hair dresser in New York....

There's a couple of ways you can tell that you've become a star or have seeped into the collective public consciousness: #1 when you're on the cover of the tabloids, or #2 when you've been spoofed by, or hosted, Saturday Night Live. Now, technically neither one has happened to Craig in America (he hasn't been on any tabloid covers that I'm aware of except the ones in the U.K.), but the fact that his scene from Casino Royale is so recognizable and so part of pop culture now that Adam Sandler can safely spoof it with the full knowledge that the audience will get the reference just goes to show you how accepted Craig has become, and so quickly to.
My eyes hurt seeing the Adam Sandler picture. This reminds me of quite a few YouTube videos people posted doing the "Daniel Craig coming out of water".

No idea, what this is all about - but I could sure imagine things to turn out like that...seriously taken, I guess I would probably be among those, who walk their borrowed dogs along his street. Poor Daniel - silly me

James Bond has moved into my next-door village. Jogging by women in this part of affluent Surrey, England is up 900%. I've not been to the local beauty parlour, but parking near there is at more of a premium than ever. Ownership of dogs to walk innocently past Daniel Craig's new pad seems to have rocketed and the paparazzi has turned the rundown local pub into a booming business.
Reports, though, of him driving an Aston Martin around the leafy roads south of London are much exaggerated. Unlike his predecessor, Pierce Brosnan, who fell in love so much with the Vanquish he used in Die Another Day that he ended up with one in his garage, Craig seems to not have been bitten by the Aston bug. In fact, in Casino Royale, he spends more time in the new Ford Mondeo than the new Aston Martin DBS, which is worrying.

'Casino Royale'
Dame Judi Dench has revealed that she enjoys flirting with Daniel Craig on the set of the new James Bond film.
The veteran actress plays MI6 chief M in the latest instalment in the franchise, which is currently in production.
She said: "M is off to Panama - there's a big adventure with James. Mind you, I'll be too busy flirting with Daniel Craig. He is gorgeous."

Means, we will be old, but still stuck with him.  :x :(
The love seems to be mutual. Dan said about Judi, "she has pools for eyes".

For me, she has one of those lucky faces, that still look rather beautiful or at least pretty, even when old. She still has that sparkle, too. Probably that´s the trick.

So has he got himself a property already, like he said he would in the GQ interview?
