Imagine the price would jump if he were in it when it was delivered to the winner bidder. 8)

sf2la - Oh this is news! Sad with the thought that any other Bond - if he agrees - would be delayed, yet excited that he will work on a short series. Now to read the book!

:D Always excited to hear about a new project for Daniel.
I have no clue about this book but I am thinking it will be very interesting.

Scott Rudin was the producer for GWTDT also. So yeah there is history between them
Hope it works out well for Daniel in terms of scheduling as he will be busy with Othello in the summer leading to fall.

Rudin was the producer for Betrayal, also. He has s reputation as a total asshole in the industry, but he knows a good one, HHH, when he sees one!
Just nice to hear that Daniel will be working. It was like he was becoming a stay-at-home-dad or something.

Oh!! I'm really excited but worried at the same time :D I'd love to see Daniel in a miniseries but yes, it does raise the question of Bond.

I wonder when he's going to have to decide what to do about Bond. I have a gut feeling he's going to say no to Bond, but idk, maybe I'm just being pessimistic because I'm going to be crushed if he does say no.

Oh wow, Just to get him to work is exciting to hear. I hope, it works out. Sounds good and these days, mini series can have a high profile.

Regarding Bond, I am not even sure, I want him to continue. The got away with it this time with a still strong BO, but just barely. Too many missed steps in it and I don't see, how that will change. If Daniel has agreed to sorta piss on his own legacy with the not bleeding and some other stuff, then he won't do himself a favour doing another one. He is seen as a great Bond and that is a good position to be in and step down.

..and my feeling is, that his career will go up again, once he stepped down. My two...

I see what you mean and if it was any other project I'd be inclined to agree, I'm just too in love with his Bond movies and his version of 007... Whatever he does, the sooner we get to see him on our tv/movie screens the better. :) It's going to be a long while in any case what with Othello...

Great news. TV is producing some great work these days.
Looks like I'll have to get the book too.
Like I've said before, I'm a Dan fan more than I am a Bond fan and as long
as he can appear in good, quality productions, I don't care if he walks away from Bond.
Go Daniel! :D

I love Bond.
And I love Daniel as Bond. I would love to see him in Bond 25 (again).
So Daniel will do TV next?
I have Sky Germany and so I can/will hope to see it there.
