If you are comfortable using Sendspace, and it isn't too big for Sendspace, then Sendspace it is!
Hit the 'Browse' button and find the file on your computer. No need to add email address.
Hit 'I accept' and it will upload.
When the upload is complete a page with the download link will load. Don't close the upload page until you have that link. That will break the connection.

I need help as I am really struggling with this being a total technophobe, I am not getting very far. It is an hours programme with commercial breaks in it, so therefore can anyone recommend easy software that I can use to remove the commercial breaks and split it up so that I can make is small enough to upload to sendspace?

I use it GG but as a member from Germany you don't have SF1
Guess, we can´t win them all..
Just a thought. Tomorrow, I believe, there will be radio all over the place and maybe some marvel like the Bond or Bobbins interview. So maybe someone can watch out.
